EINDHOVEN - A 17-year-old Eindhoven resident chatted with other young men about terrorist attacks and joining terrorist organization IS. Belgian nightclubs and police stations were in the picture as targets. The boy he receives a prison sentence of 112 days and community service of 200 hours.
