Still hearing witness in Marcel T lewdness case

DEN BOSCH - In the appeal of the lewdness case against Marcel T. (43) from Landgraaf, one witness must be heard again by the examining magistrate. This was determined yesterday by the court of appeal in Den Bosch, which stayed the case, following a request by the public prosecutor (OM).T.'s lawyer Serge Weening did not consider the new hearing necessary. It concerns a sister of one of the alleged victims of T. Her interrogation is mainly about how her little brother told her what happened to him, said court president Van Nierop. Marcel T., founder of the private shelter agency PuberEnZo, is suspected of sexually abusing three boys who were entrusted to his care. He allegedly groped two boys, aged 11 and 16 at the time, and raped an 18-year-old boy.
