WEITEVEEN - Police have arrested a man for supplying the weapons with which 50-year-old Richard K. killed two people in Weiteveen in January. The suspect is a weapons dealer from Emmen. A second suspect has also been arrested. This 41-year-old man from the Eems-Delta municipality did have a license for his weapon, but that has now been revoked.
