AMSTERDAM - A top criminal suspected of three liquidations directed a group of criminals responsible for, among other things, the attack on De Telegraaf, according to prosecutors. This Iliass K. (31) did so effortlessly from prison with smuggled phones.
That's according to confidential documents from the 26Wheeling investigation file into a type of job company for organized crime. Nine suspects were arrested in early April. Three of them are also believed to be behind the Telegraph attack.
Iliass K. is being held on suspicion of three liquidations. The investigation documents show that he communicated with two men whom police and prosecutors consider leaders of the underworld's "employment agency.

K. in turn is described in the dossier as a key contact of fugitive Mocro Mafia head Ridouan Taghi.
