In Rotterdam on the night of Saturday to Sunday, a 27-year-old cyclist was killed after a collision with a car. The car drove on, but was found by police a short time later. The two occupants wanted to run away but were arrested. The driver was speeding and under the influence of alcohol, police reported Sunday.
