Jan S. (69) from Landgraaf is facing two years in prison. According to the prosecution, the former employee of Enexis was involved in setting up several hemp plantations. Jan himself washed his hands in innocence during the hearing this Wednesday in Maastricht. His lawyer Francoise Landerloo is pushing for an acquittal.
