Kerkrade - Police on Wednesday afternoon arrested two juveniles who were involved in a collision with a stolen car in Kerkrade shortly before. Around 2:30 p.m., a police patrol spotted a stolen car driving in the Erensteinerveld neighborhood. The four juvenile occupants of the car were startled upon seeing the police and wanted to make a quick getaway.
