On appeal Wednesday, mainly cell sentences were again demanded against clients of then 16-year-old Kimberly in Valkenburg.

The highest demand before the Court of Appeal in Den Bosch was 12 months in prison.

The Heerlen girl was forced to receive clients in a Valkenburg hotel room in 2014. The men did not know the girl was underage, they claim. Some also said Wednesday that they did not notice that the girl was not having sex of her own free will.

Last year, the court imposed mostly not the prison sentences demanded, but mostly community service.
