ZOETERMEER - In 2019, 22-year-old Sahand I. from Zoetermeer went on vacation to Iraq to learn how to make explosives. He told that Wednesday during the trial against him and his co-defendant, 36-year-old Shahram K. Sahand I. wanted to know how to make an explosive. He had no intention of using that knowledge.
