The court acquits the two suspects Zeev J. and Lech T. of involvement in the murder of 23-year-old Syrian package delivery man Anas Hajji Abdulsalam in April 2021 in Amstelveen. For the judges, it was not proven that they knew he would be shot. The prosecution had demanded 18 years against Zeev J. (73) for complicity in the murder and 14 years against Lech T. (72) for complicity.
