It wants to know in which detention institution the claimed person will be placed after surrender. If this is Pravieniškès Correction House-Open Prison Colony, the court wants to know whether, and if so, in what way the OP can be protected from inter-prisoner violence, intimidation and exploitation as described in the CPT report of June 25, 2019. Furthermore, since the OP will be transferred from a remand prison to a correction home already after 2 weeks and with reference to the ECJ's judgment in ML of July 25, 2018 (C-220/18 PPU, ECLI:EU:C:2018:589), the court wants to know in which correction home he will be placed. If this is Alytus Correction Home, Marijampolè Correction Home or Pravieniškès Correction Home, the court also wants to know from that institution whether and how the OP can be protected from inter-prisoner violence, intimidation ans exploitation as described in the said CPT report."
