Counsel requested, pursuant to art. 4.3.6.3 of the HR-procedural rules, that the PVV be sent. It can only be deduced from communications by the court clerk that the PV had not been drawn up at the time the file was sent to the HR and was apparently only drawn up at the request of the HR under section 83 of the Judiciary (Organisation) Act. The consequence is that the investigation in chambers and the order are null and void.
