The shooting in which two men were seriously injured early last year on the Zeehaenkade in Utrecht appears to revolve around an argument over the payment of gambling winnings. According to the prosecutor, a total of six men were involved in the March 10 incident. The alleged shooter, 50-year-old Utrecht resident Y.K., is charged by the public prosecutor with double attempted murder or manslaughter. This emerged this morning during a preliminary hearing on the case at the Utrecht District Court.
