Due to sad family circumstances, the suspension of the remand of Satudarah member Anthony P. of Geleen has been extended by two weeks.
The court in Roermond ruled that on Wednesday.
Funeral
P. will be given time to mourn his stillborn daughter, who will be buried next Saturday. After Easter, he must report back to prison. Co-defendants Stephan P. and Paul S. are allowed one day out of jail by the court to attend the funeral.
Eavesdropped
During the pro forma hearing, five suspects were on trial. Anthony P., Stephan P., Emanuel P. , Paul S (all from Geleen) and Dave E. from Kerkrade are suspected, among other things, of participating in a criminal organization. In 2017, police and judicial authorities secretly filmed 28 meetings of Satudarah. Based on these recordings, ten people were arrested, including these five. A pro forma hearing is scheduled for the remaining five on May 4.
