Cell sentence and community service demanded against former Roda JC executives (Zo-nws.nl)

Ton Caanen, former top executive of Roda JC, is facing six months in prison for mortgage fraud and tax evasion if it is up to the prosecution. The prosecution also wants former top executive Hessel Meijer to serve 240 hours and former general manager of the Kerkrade club Wim Collard to serve 200 hours of community service. An employee of Meijer should receive 150 hours of community service, if it is up to the OM. This was discussed Tuesday during a hearing at the court in Den Bosch.
