Geleen/Sittard - Justice suspects Gino H. (34) of involvement in taking a man hostage in Geleen. H. is president of a chapter of motorcycle club Black & Silver; the victim is a member of the same club in Germany.

The thirty-something from Heerlen has been in pretrial detention since late last year on suspicion of arms trafficking. According to the Justice Department, between February 2022 and October 2023, Gino H. set up several arms transactions, allegedly involving firearms of all shapes and sizes. The Heerlen man has since confessed to these facts.
