KLIMMEN/HEERLEN - A 49-year-old man from Heerlen appears to be the owner of the mega hemp plant haul that police dismantled in Klimmen on Thursday.The man confessed to being the owner of the 19,000 hemp plants found on the Haspengouw during a police interrogation yesterday. He received a police report and was released after questioning. When he must appear in court is not yet clear.
Police detected the plantation because of power consumption on the affected veins.
