Maastricht - Frits S. (49) was not only sentenced Wednesday to ten years in prison for attempted murder. The Maastricht man must also pay 20,000 euros in damages to a victim who had to wear a stoma temporarily. After being accosted for alleged drug use during a communion party on June 24, 2023, Frits S. angrily went home to get a gun. Upon returning, he shot at some men with whom he had had words at the trailer park on Koffiemolenweg in Maastricht.
