A 61-year-old man has been cleared of all prosecution by the 's-Hertogenbosch court of appeal after attempting to kill several people on a terrace in front of a café in Sittard. The court sentenced the man to imprisonment for this in 2019. The man appealed that ruling to the Supreme Court, which referred the case back.
