After extensive deliberation, JV ´t Waeske has decided not to appeal the Court's judgment of September 25, 2018. Although the client does not agree with the substance of the Court's judgment, after weighing all interests - not least the interests of Max's next of kin - she has decided that she does not wish to pursue a potentially protracted continuation of the litigation.
