New twist in drug case-Peter van D.: court adjourned, verdict adjourned (zo-nws.nl)

The lawyers of drug baron Peter van D. from Schinveld have challenged the court in Maastricht in a case involving international drug smuggling and production. As a result, the court's October 17 verdict against the top Limburg criminal and three co-defendants will not go ahead. Arthur Vonken and Françoise Landerloo, Van D.'s lawyers, confirmed this to ZO-NWS on Friday.
