HOOGEZAND - Police on Tuesday arrested two 22-year-old men for involvement in the shooting Monday morning in Hoogezand. The men are from Foxhol and Amsterdam. They have turned themselves in. Schmidthof in Hoogezand was visited at home by four men. Several shots were fired in the process.
