The notes of oral argument referred to in these minutes are missing from the documents sent to the Supreme Court, so that it is not possible to ascertain whether at the hearing additional defenses were put forward other than those referred to in the judgment under appeal or whether expressly substantiated positions were put forward there. That omission is so contrary to due process that, since it is irreparable according to information obtained from the Court, it entails the nullity of the investigation and the judgment delivered as a result thereof.
