For drug and prohibited weapons possession, a 40-year-old man from Zwartemeer was sentenced to 100 hours of community service. The man was also given a suspended prison sentence of three months. The sentence falls short of the requirement: community service of 200 hours and a suspended prison sentence of six months. This is due in part to the passage of time. The case is already almost four years old.
