DEN BOSCH - On appeal Monday, three suspects were convicted of involvement in the liquidation of drug criminal Ernesto Pistone. A fourth suspect was acquitted, having previously been sentenced to 18 years in prison.

Eindhoven resident Ernesto Pistone was shot in front of his home on Feb. 27, 2014. Like the court, the court finds it proven that Pistone was killed at the behest of his own girlfriend, Toos van V. (29). She received another 18-year sentence Monday.

For mediation in the murder-for-hire, her lover Jeffrey E. (28) received sixteen years in prison Monday, two years less than the court imposed. Shooter Serdar A. received eighteen years in prison, one year less than the court stipulated.
