The man who shot an 18-year-old Venlo man at fast food restaurant KFC in Roermond is still a fugitive. Co-suspect Ricardo B. (24) has been at large for quite some time. The justice department confirms this to L1. About the other suspect and whether he is a fugitive, a spokeswoman does not want to say anything because of the ongoing investigation.
