OSS - Armen P. heard an 18-year prison sentence in court Wednesday for the stabbing murder of Marek Skoniecny and the assault of his ex in Oss. His lawyer distrusts the witness statements and pleaded for acquittal. The court will rule in two weeks.
The suspect was silent Wednesday about the situation with his ex and blamed a friend of hers for the murder in an alley on Molenweg in Oss. P. himself would have been lying on the ground at the time and would have been the likely target for the female perpetrator, he argued. The judges asked questions to understand how that scenario was physically possible, but failed.
