Jurandy T., the man sentenced to life in prison for the liquidation of Sven Prins, plans to make an extensive statement about the case.
This emerged Friday during an interim hearing of the appeal pending at the court of appeal in Den Bosch.
According to T.'s lawyer Serge Weening, his client wants to be candid. Until now, Jurandy T. has kept his mouth shut tightly.
Car
His lawyer indicated that T. will at least testify that he was in the car from which Prince was shot that night and whether he played a role in the liquidation and which one it was.
Nothing is happening in the further investigation pending the statement Jurandy T. is about to make to the examining magistrate.
The next session is scheduled for Dec. 19.
Co-defendants
T.'s co-defendants, Xionel B. and Sergio K., continue to deny. Both have appealed because they say they are innocent. Their lawyers reaffirmed that on Friday. B. and K. were both sentenced in first instance to 30 years in prison.
