LANDGRAAF - A 9-year-old boy from Landgraaf has falsely accused Marcel T. of lewdness. So says T.'s lawyer Serge Weening. This is confirmed by the boy's mother. The boy is going to apologize to T., the mother said. "After the report he told during the seventh session at a psychologist that he had made everything up," both the mother and lawyer Weening say. The boy had not been abused; he was only petting T.'s stray dog.
"When my client called the animal, the child realized that he was petting T.'s dog while he had to avoid T. from his parents. That's why he made up the chase. That's what you get from a witch hunt against my client," Weening said.
