Zelhem - A wounded anywhere on a farm on the Heijinkweg in the outlying area near Zelhem seriously injured two residents Wednesday evening.
The 75-year-old man and his 69-year-old wife were both hospitalized.

Five weeks ago, on June 21, a violent robbery took place on an elderly couple on Haafsweg near Doetichem. Again, masked men forced their way into an outlying home. The husband and wife were assaulted and locked in the basement.

As far as is known, the perpetrators of this robbery have not yet been apprehended.
