Zouo 'Tom' Angel (30), who had been missing for weeks and was wanted by police for allegedly shooting Frank van der Schrier in Heerlen, was arrested in Germany on Monday morning. Police spokeswoman Diana van Lieshout confirmed this to ZO-NWS when asked.
