The residence was checked because of suspected drug trafficking. A 25-year-old Heerlen man who had just purchased 50 grams of soft drugs was detained. The seller, a 38-year-old Heerlen man, was also detained. During searches and in the residence, a large amount of money (cash) was found, just over 30 grams of soft drugs, pepper spray and a punching bag. The police are investigating the case.
