Claim: thirty years in prison for suspects liquidation Sven Prins (Limburger.nl)

The prosecution has demanded 30 years in prison on appeal for the three main suspects in the Sven Prins case. Prins was shot dead with multiple salvos from an AK47 - an automatic firearm - during a pursuit in September 2015. The man who was in the car with Prins narrowly escaped. In 2016, following an undercover operation by a secret agent, three suspects were arrested: Jurandy T., Xionel B. and Sergio K. The liquidation was probably based on a quarrel in the drug milieu. In the first instance, gunman Jurandy T. received a life sentence. The two co-defendants each received thirty years in prison. They appealed.
