In the Limburg town of Echt, a cyclist was run over by a tractor. The man died of his injuries at the scene of the accident, police reported. Two tractors were driving along the unpaved Zandweg, when the driver of one of the tractors noticed that he had run over something. Afterwards, that turned out to be the victim. CPR and the deployment of a trauma helicopter were to no avail.
