Court rules more lenient in Valkenburg vice case (NOS.nl)

The court of appeal in Den Bosch has largely lifted the prison sentence of a suspect in the Valkenburg vice case. A man who was sentenced to five months in prison by the judge, now only has to serve one day. However, he will still receive 210 hours of community service.

Four defendants were acquitted by the court. In 22 cases, the court upheld earlier sentences of one-day imprisonment with community service of 170 to 270 hours. One also received six months' probation.
