By decision, sent on June 20, 2018, (hereinafter, the decision of June 20, 2018), the Mayor declared the objection lodged against it by [opposing party] unfounded.

By judgment dated August 8, 2018, the court upheld the appeal lodged against it by [the opposing party], set aside the June 20, 2018 decision and remanded the case by revoking the March 15, 2018 decision. This ruling is attached.

The mayor appealed this ruling.
