Sentence: jail for victim support worker who committed lewdness with client (Limburger.nl)

LANDGRAAF - For lewdness with a former client, a 64-year-old former employee of Victim Support should receive a prison sentence and 120 hours of community service.
That is what prosecutor Annemarie Kemp demanded Friday in court in Maastricht.

Claim

The man from Landgraaf still maintained contact with the 25-year-old woman after he helped her file a claim with the Damage Fund for Violent Crimes after an alleged sex offense. He allegedly groped her against her will on two consecutive days in May 2016.

Right to silence

The suspect invoked his right to remain silent in court. His lawyer Francoise Landerloo pleaded acquittal for lack of evidence.
