Quiet again in Cronjestraat Nijmegen (Omroep Gelderland)
NIJMEGEN - It is quiet again in the Cronjestraat in Nijmegen, where shots were fired at a residence during the night from Saturday to Sunday. A 68-year-old woman was killed; the exact cause of death is still being investigated. The screens around the residence have been removed. However, the residence is still part of the investigation, police said.
On the same night, shots were also fired at a café in the Malvert neighborhood and at a flat in the Tolhuis neighborhood. In the process, a 47-year-old man was seriously injured. Two people were arrested: a 41-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman.
