HOENSBROEK - Police seized 25 kilograms of hard drugs, particularly amphetamine and XTC, during a raid on a home in Hoensbroek on Monday. Nine people from Hoensbroek, Brunssum, Heerlen and Amsterdam were arrested in the property on the Aldenhofstraat. They are between 18 and 48 years old. In addition to drugs, a firearm was also found. Discussions are underway to close the property, which police say is known to be a drug den.
