The Public Prosecutor's Office on Monday demanded prison sentences of up to nearly nine years on appeal against Don Victor M. (42) and Frans H. (47) for preparing a possible double liquidation at a shishalounge in Utrecht in 2015. The suspected target of the liquidation attempt was Chafik Yakhlaf with possibly his brother Chahid.
