This judgment was rendered as a result of the examination at the court hearings of October 15, 2015, January 21, 2016, February 4, 2016 and March 15, 2016 and, in accordance with the provisions of Article 422 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the examination at the hearing at first instance. The Court took note of the Advocate General's claim. This claim has been submitted to the court after being read aloud. The court of appeal has also taken cognizance of what has been put forward by the accused and his counsels, Mr. F.A.G.M. Landerloo and Mr. S. Weening.
