LANDGRAAF - Lawyer Serge Weening wants to take action against an American site containing the address of lewd suspect Marcel T. from Landgraaf. The lawyer calls it 'scandalous' that such a site with private data about alleged pedophiles has been built. Shortly after its existence became known on Friday,the windows of T.'s house already fell down. The website belongs to the StopKindersex Foundation, EénVandaag reported Friday. According to the TV program a site from the U.S. was chosen, because this way the stricter Dutch privacy legislation can be circumvented. Weening wants to see if that is indeed the case. He also doubts whether it is really an American site.
