Acquitted of possessing in a car a (semi) automatic firearm with ammunition and silencer. Co-defendant stated that defendant held the weapon. No DNA of the suspect is found on the weapon. However, it does belong to the co-defendant. Co-defendant's statement is not supported by objective findings. Acquittal for drugs found in a police car two days after the suspect was transported. Not clear how thoroughly the car was cleaned before transport and what happened to the car in the two intervening days. Conviction for small amounts of drugs found in defendant's residence.
