Exoneration manslaughter rapper riot

GRONINGEN - Two weeks ago, 27-year-old Jason B. from Hoogezand heard an 18-year prison sentence against him for the murder of Farrel Provence (26) from Amsterdam. Yesterday afternoon, B. was able to leave prison as a free man. According to the verdict of the court, he is guilty of manslaughter and three attempts, but he is not a criminal offender. The verdict is extremely sour for the prosecution in Groningen. Justice called the statements of Jason B. unreliable and attached great value to the readings of the victims who had been injured in the shooting,in November last year in B.'s home in Hoogezand. However, the court stated that the victims are unreliable and that the reading as B. gave it could very well be true.

The shooting was allegedly preceded by an over fall in Foxhol. Jason B. would be one of those robbers, one of the later assailants the victim. The court says there is no evidence that Jason B. had anything to do with the robbery. The evidence presented by the prosecution, the court called questionable. B. admitted to firing five shots inside the residence, striking Farrel Provence (aka Rapper Rel) in the pelvis and bleeding to death in the following hours. The court held that B. was besieged in his own home by four armed scary mask the men, including Farrel Provence. During a struggle, a firearm fell to the ground. B., fearing for his life, managed to grab this weapon and then fired in a blind panic. Given these circumstances, according to the court, there is a case of self-defense. In that case you are guilty, but do not receive punishment.

Jason B. has consistently said he was framed. After the shooting, he alerted the police himself. The victims allegedly stole drugs and money, but wanted den to make believe that they themselves had been robbed. Because to make it believable, they needed a perpetrator: Jason B. Who argued that the victims could not tell the truth or they would reveal their own drug activities. The prosecution is likely to appeal. It is still unclear whether the four assailants of B. will be criminally prosecuted.Justice will make a decision soon.
