Den Bosch - The childminder Nancy D. (55) from Herkenbosch and her ex-lover Peter S. (60) from Heel, convicted for very serious sexual abuse, will be psychologically examined again. This was determined by the court of appeal in Den Bosch.

The appeal will focus on the likelihood of recurrence and whether or not to impose tbs on both. Earlier this year, they were sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexually abusing seven young girls in the Eindhoven region between 2019 and 2021 and for making and possessing child pornography. Only S. also received tbs with mandatory treatment. The Public Prosecutor's Office (OM) had demanded that for both. The court followed the advice of the experts who did not consider tbs for D. necessary, but recommended treatment. The court did impose a custodial and behavioral measure on the woman.
