On August 5, 2021, [victim] (hereinafter: the victim) was trapped on the Spaarneweg in Cruquius with the help of two vehicles, pulled out of his car by several persons and placed in another vehicle against his will and taken to Gouda. This event has also been referred to as the "Cruquius wrongful abduction".
