In that broadcast, the Weaver told that he had gotten into trouble before when he took nude photos of his niece. He said he was questioned about that by four men.
His lawyer Ivo van den Bergh commented that those photos were taken decades ago now. According to Van den Bergh, that did not lead to a conviction then.
