It was indeed Zouo 'Tom' A. (31) who shot 51-year-old Frank van der Schrier to death in Heerlen on Nov. 13, 2021. The murder suspect stated this to the police. According to the thirty-something, there was no premeditated plan, i.e. murder, but shooting on impulse.
