Frank "Frenkie" Peeters, sentenced to life in prison and leader of the infamous Venlo Gang in the 1990s, wants to enforce through the courts that he be allowed to participate in a reintegration project aimed at a pardon. Peeters was sentenced to life in prison in 1996 for the murder of seven people.
Next Tuesday, Peeters will try to force the State to cooperate in his reintegration before the summary proceedings judge in The Hague.
