OSS/DEN BOSCH - The 26-year-old Armen P. must serve 12 years in prison for stabbing Marek Skonieczny to death and assaulting his ex in Oss. That is what he was told this Wednesday by the court in Den Bosch. The judge did not sentence him for murder, but for manslaughter. The public prosecutor had demanded 18 years against him.

Two weeks ago at the court hearing, P. stated that he himself was a victim of his ex's girlfriend. She is also said to have inflicted the fatal stabbing on Skonieczny in an alley on Molenweg in Oss. By his own account, P. was lying on the ground at the time.
